Biddy Faber is a consultant, based in the Johannesburg office. She has extensive experience in banking and finance; having worked at two major South African Banks (FirstRand and Absa (now Barclays Africa Group)) for seven years, as well as having in-depth law firm experience. She is a leading name in project finance and public-private partnerships, public procurement and financing of government projects, state-owned enterprises and municipalities. She has a thorough knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and Municipal Finance Management Act.
